Process Controls Corporation (PCC) offers PINK VT vacuum drying ovens for standard drying processes that require vacuum and heat as the primary drying principle.
Designed as standard vacuum drying ovens, VT systems are separate from compact laboratory-only ovens, isolator-equipped systems, and nutsche pressure configurations. This makes the VT product family appropriate for applications where a conventional vacuum drying oven platform is required without assigning containment, GMP/FDA, or nutsche pressure features that belong to other PINK system types.

PINK VT vacuum drying ovens are available with heated shelves and vacuum-tight routing of the heating medium supply and return lines through the rear chamber wall. The VT data sheet identifies a maximum temperature of 200°C, usable floor space from 1 to 20 m², and heating options that include hot water, heat transfer oil, or electric heating. Construction details include high-quality stainless steels, with ground and polished surfaces; electropolished surfaces are available on request.
Available options include feeding trays in standard and pharmaceutical versions, charging by means of a charging and attachment trolley, wall installation, pass-through versions with interlock or airlock function, ATEX versions, automated loading devices, and validatable cleaning with CIP.
Additional configuration options include heating of the side walls, rear wall, floor, and ceiling; interiors without storage space; and door variants such as sliding doors or lifting doors.
