OMEGA Thermo Products Laser Welded Tank Shell components use Laser Plate technology to support heating or cooling functions on tank sidewalls and heads.

The laser-welded heat transfer surface is applied to the tank shell or head before the tank is rolled or formed, allowing the fabricated tank plate to become part of the vessel construction.

After tank fabrication, the Laser Plate area is inflated to create a passage for heat transfer media to flow through the welded plate structure.
