Process Controls Corporation (PCC) designs and fabricates liquid chromatography systems for separation and isolation processes within cell culture production streams. These custom systems are commonly used to separate proteins or remove impurities as part of sanitary bioprocess and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Each liquid chromatography system is engineered around the required system size, process flow requirements and control platform needs.

PCC manufactures these systems using 1/2″ to 1″ sanitary 316L stainless steel tubing, with flow control configured through rotary lobe pumps, peristaltic pumps or diaphragm proportioning pumps, depending on the application.
Systems can be supplied with DCS or PLC-based controls, or with termination panels designed to interface with a customer’s existing control platform. A separate motor control panel may also be included, providing variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor protection equipment for controlled pump operation.
