PINK VUT vacuum circulating air ovens are designed for drying processes that require both vacuum and circulating air within the same system concept.
Unlike standard vacuum drying ovens that rely primarily on vacuum and heat, VUT ovens combine circulating air heating with vacuum drying for products that are embedded in a carrier or that do not transfer heat effectively by conduction. In operation, the product is heated to a defined temperature by circulating air before vacuum is generated in the chamber.

This vacuum circulating air cycle can be repeated as needed based on the drying behavior of the product.
The VUT design is suited for applications where a staged sequence of circulating air heating and vacuum drying is required, rather than a conventional circulating air-only or vacuum-only drying process.
VUT ovens may be configured for inline systems with circulating air heating zones and a vacuum drying zone. The system can also incorporate specially positioned air baffles to support defined airflow through the chamber.
Available configuration details include heating by hot water, thermal oil, or electric heating, high-grade stainless-steel construction, ground and polished or mill finish surfaces, and options such as charging trays, charging and support cart loading, wall installation, pass-through design with lock function, ATEX design, and automated loading and charging when specified for the application.
