Process Controls Corporation - EKATO

EKATO FGL agitators are designed for small-volume agitation applications in pressurized vessels. This agitator line is configured for installations where compact process vessels require a dedicated agitator design with supported drive, shaft sealing, material, and pressure-related specifications.

The FGL can be supplied as a direct motor-driven unit or used with a gearbox, with additional motor connection options through an IEC adapter or gear motor configuration. The shaft is sealed by a mechanical seal, and the standard design includes a stainless-steel lantern that also functions as the seal housing.

Process Controls Corporation - EKATO Small Volume Agitators FGL

For industrial users evaluating small-volume agitator options, the FGL provides defined operating parameters within the EKATO agitator portfolio. FGL agitators feature motor power from 0.37 to 7.5 kW, shaft diameters from 25 to 40 mm, and operating pressure from vacuum to 7 bar.

Available impeller systems include EKATO high-efficiency impellers and conventional impellers. Product-wetted material options include rust- and acid-resistant steels, nickel-base alloys, Duplex and Super Duplex steels, titanium, and titanium alloys. Listed approvals include ATEX 2014/34/EU and GOST TR-ZU 010/2011.
