EKATO HWL-N Reactor Agitators are large-sized reactor agitators designed for demanding industrial agitation applications where substantial drive power, extended shaft dimensions, and high-pressure operating conditions may be required.
Within EKATO’s agitator product range, the HWL-N is positioned for high-power reactor applications and is available with drive power up to 4,000 kW, shaft diameters from 40 to 560 mm, and operating pressure capability from vacuum to 200 bar.
HWL-N agitators can be configured with fixed or variable shaft speeds and different gearbox types, including flat, bevel, and helical gearbox versions.

The design may include casted or welded lanterns, split shaft construction with bearing shaft and flange coupling, and installation from the top, side, or bottom of the vessel.
Seal replacement options include EKATO’s lifting and swiveling device for drive unit movement or a sideward seal replacement arrangement where maintenance space is limited.
