Process Controls Corporation - Process Controls Corporation

Process Controls Corporation (PCC) provides custom-designed CIP/SIP clean-in-place and steam-in-place systems for sanitary and process manufacturing environments. Each system is engineered around the application’s cleaning requirements, production layout, equipment configuration, and operating parameters.

Systems can be designed in single-tank or multi-tank configurations and may be skid-mounted or field-assembled based on installation needs.

Process Controls Corporation - Process Controls Corporation CIP/SIP Clean/Steam-In-Place Systems

PCC CIP/SIP systems are used in food, dairy, beverage, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and biotech facilities where controlled cleaning cycles, chemical usage, temperature management, and repeatable operation are important to production and maintenance procedures.

To support system control and ongoing maintenance, PCC also offers a PC-based clean-in-place maintenance package. This Microsoft Access™-based system allows users to adjust cleaning cycle sequencing, times, temperatures, and other parameters for individual cleaning circuits.
