The Canty Process Technology SolidSizer™ Analyzer with Color Analysis is a laboratory image-based particle analyzer for evaluating solid-particle size, shape, distribution, and color-related defects.
Product moves across a vibratory feeder beneath a camera and controlled ring-light illumination, allowing captured images to be processed through the Canty CoreUnit™.
The system supports finished-product quality testing, including the analysis of sugar-crystal dimensions and the detection of black specks or burned sugar crystals.

Particle measurements can be correlated with traditional sieve-analysis results, while optional configurations support at-line operation and process-system outputs.
