Canty Process Technology Particle Size and Shape Analysis (PSSA) Systems use vision-based imaging to evaluate particles and fluids used in food and beverage production.
Available laboratory, at-line, and online analyzers support the measurement of particle size, shape, distribution, count, and concentration for process evaluation and product quality control.
Material passes between camera optics and a light source, allowing images to be captured and processed through Canty particle sizing software.
The analysis can identify morphological differences among solids, droplets, and bubbles while providing visual records of the material evaluated.
