The Canty Process Technology Immersion Particle Size Measurement System is a submersible, vision-based analyzer for measuring particle size, shape, and distribution directly within liquid products.
The system supports real-time process analysis across a published particle size range of 0.7 µm to 4,800 µm.
A CCD/CMOS-based high-speed imaging device captures particles for analysis while a standard fused-glass pressure barrier separates the imaging components from the process.

The immersion configuration allows the measurement system to be positioned directly within the product being monitored.
