The Canty Process Technology Lab Dilution Particle Sizing System is a laboratory imaging system for measuring particle size, shape, and distribution in high-concentration slurry samples.
Software-controlled dilution adjusts the diluent volume according to the particle density detected within each image, helping separate touching particles without requiring a precisely defined dilution ratio.
The system combines an imaging flow cell, automated pumps and valves, an embedded control platform, and a heated stainless steel sample reservoir.

Water or oil can be used as the diluent, while integrated controls manage dilution based on the measured particle concentration during analysis.
