The Canty Process Technology MacroFlow™ Particle Sizing System is a vision-based analyzer for measuring suspended particles on a macro scale.

The system analyzes two-dimensional particle size, shape, distribution, and color in sample or continuous-flow arrangements. It supports a particle size analysis range of 10 µm to 2,400 µm in a linear flow path or recirculating loop and is designed for laboratory use under varying temperature and pressure conditions.

A high-speed CCD/CMOS imaging device, adjustable macro-zoom optics, integrated cold fiber-optic lighting, CantyVision™ software, and a fused-glass pressure barrier support image capture and particle analysis.

Laminar-flow and high-pressure types are available, along with configuration-dependent options for dilution, mixing, thermal regulation, and flow control.
