The Canty Process Technology InFlow™ Particle Sizing System is an inline, image-based analyzer for measuring particle size, shape, and distribution in flowing liquid processes.

Available optical configurations provide a particle size analysis range of 0.7 µm to 4,800 µm, with the system designed for installations involving varying process pressures, temperatures, and pipe diameters.

The analyzer combines fused-glass process barriers, a CCD/CMOS-based imaging device, controlled lighting, Ethernet connectivity, and CantyVisionClient™ software to provide real-time particle analysis and continuous viewing of the product stream.

Process connections, construction materials, environmental packages, seals, and data outputs are selected according to the application and installation requirements.
