The Canty Process Technology Lab SolidSizer™ is a vision-based laboratory analyzer for measuring the size, shape, and distribution of dry granular particles.
The system uses digital imaging, controlled LED illumination, the Canty Vector System image processor, and CantyVision™ software to evaluate individual particles in two dimensions.

Measurement results can be correlated with conventional sieve analysis, while multiple virtual sieve-stack distributions allow different products or quality-control requirements to be evaluated using one instrument.
The system also supports particle-shape characterization and electronic data output for local storage or transfer to laboratory information management systems.
