The Canty Process Technology WFI – InFlow™ Particle Analysis System is a vision-based analyzer designed for in-line monitoring of particulate conditions in Water for Injection and sterile-water processes.
Dynamic imaging technology analyzes material passing through an in-line flow cell while differentiating solid particles from gas bubbles.

Continuous particle concentration output and visual verification help operators identify process upset conditions and determine when follow-up laboratory sampling may be appropriate.
Available 4–20 mA and OPC communications allow alarm information to be transmitted to plant monitoring and control systems.
