RF Valves RF-INSAMCOR MLB Knife Gate Valves are sealed-design knife gate valves built for large-line slurry, process, and liquid handling applications where reliable shutoff and full-bore flow are important.

The MLB family is designed for 28″ to 48″ valve sizes and uses a mechanically retained extruded body seal, guided gate stroke, and combination transverse seal with adjustable stuffing box and gland design.

Its full-bore flow area helps reduce internal restrictions, while self-cleaning flush-out corners help limit material buildup in the sealing area.

Available in Fusion Bonded Epoxy and Soft Rubber Lined configurations, RF-INSAMCOR MLB valves support demanding industrial and municipal applications requiring bi-directional leak-proof sealing, large-diameter valve performance, and multiple actuation options.
