The Pepperl+Fuchs GR Series is a family of glass-fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) enclosures developed for customized hazardous-area solutions using increased safety (Ex e) and intrinsic safety (Ex i) protection concepts.
The enclosure platform supports applications ranging from electrical termination and distribution to local control and selected field-network connections.
Available in 13 enclosure types, the GR Series incorporates a 10mm DIN rail mounting grid that allows components to be positioned at different heights without requiring an additional mounting plate.
The enclosure design also includes features that help protect the sealing area and provide convenient access during installation and maintenance.
