Process Controls Corporation - RF Valves

RF Valves aiRFlex® Pinch Valves are pneumatically actuated control valves designed to regulate or isolate flow in abrasive, corrosive, and solids-laden applications.

Built around a flexible elastomer sleeve, these valves use compressed air to uniformly compress the sleeve, creating a tight shutoff without exposing internal mechanical components to the process media.

This design minimizes wear and reduces maintenance compared to traditional valve types, especially in demanding environments.

aiRFlex valves are well suited for automated systems where consistent, repeatable control is required, and they integrate easily into plant air systems for reliable operation. Their simple construction supports long service life while maintaining effective sealing performance across a range of operating conditions.

These valves are commonly used in applications where slurries, powders, or fibrous materials can challenge conventional valve designs.
