Process Controls Corporation - Strahman Group

Lowering Disc Valves from Strahman are full-flow bottom-outlet valves designed for vessel outlet applications where unrestricted discharge is important. When opened, the disc retracts into the valve body, allowing material to move through the valve without obstruction. This design, combined with maximized port sizing, supports strong flow capacity for demanding process applications.

Lowering Disc Valves are custom-engineered to customer specifications and can be configured with options such as metallurgy, seat arrangements, sealing systems, actuators, full jacketing, vacuum packaging, and dead-space-free vessel connections.
