The NASH 2AV2 Pedestal Mounted Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump is a single stage liquid ring vacuum pump designed for continuous operation as a vacuum pump or compressor.

The pump is designed to handle dry and moist gases, including air and air/vapor mixtures, and is used in general industrial applications.

It operates with suction capacity ranging from 95 to 340 ACFM (160 to 580 m³/h) and achieves vacuum levels to 1 inHgA (33 mbar abs.).

Process Controls Corporation - NASH 2AV2 Pedestal Mounted Liquid Ring Pump

The pedestal-mounted configuration allows for flexibility in motor selection and installation, as it accepts most C-Faced motors. The design incorporates a reinforced stainless steel shaft and sealed bearings, supporting continuous-duty operation.

Multiple material options, including cast iron and 316 stainless steel, are available to accommodate varying application requirements. Shaft sealing options include single-acting self-flushing or externally flushed mechanical seals, as well as double-acting mechanical seals with external flushing.
